Even though some of these products have been used for centuries they still need to be treated like medication which means a doctor should be consulted before they are taken.


This basic information is necessary for those who want to take dietary supplements. People might be overwhelmed by the sheer number of products on the market but with some basic information their decision will be made easier. These products can be a valuable addition to a diet if they are used correctly.
